All of our crochet items come with a 90 day ravel-free warranty. If your item(s) begin to unravel, due to a maker error, within 90 days of purchase, we will replace your item(s) for free as well as pay for return shipping charges.

Please note that all items purchased are handmade and no two items are exactly the same. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email within 5 days of delivery so we can correct any errors. Refunds will be granted on a case by case basis.

For special occasions, such as birthdays, Christmas, anniversaries, etc.,  we offer gift wrapping and a small note for an additional fee. Specify the holiday or occasion at checkout and we will accommodate accordingly.
